I have always been a massive fan of Big Brother as I am an avid people watcher. I do find these days though I end up disliking all of the housemates; bring back the days of the real characters, the Nasty Nicks, the Bubbles and the Jades. It was characters like this that made the TV series the worldwide success it is today. Today I bring you exciting news; one of the great Big Brother characters is the new face of Crown Bingo!

Do you remember Alison Hammond? No? I am sure you will when I remind you of one of my all time favourite Big Brother moments as she jumped up and down on the garden table trying to look over the wall and promptly broke it in two; see now you remember! Alison may not have won Big Brother but she has had more success on the “outside” then just about any ex house mate with the exception of Jade Goody having starred in Celebrity Fit Club, Celebrity Stars in Their Eyes, hosting a regular slot on ITV’s This Morning and now her biggest role to date as the new face of Crown Bingo.
Don’t get think the new face of Crown Bingo is just a celebrity endorsement for the bingo site though, Alison will be working on the site and taking part in future promotions. For a start all roomies will now have the option of having Alison Hammond as their bingo caller, bringing her own inimitable style to the job she is sure to raise a few smiles and maybe a few eyebrows too!
On October 2nd at 8pm Alison will be making a special appearance as part of her duties and will cover her first shift as a room CM, if you have a question you want to pose to her make sure you send it in over the next couple of weeks. This month’s charity of the month is one close to Alison’s heart too so why not join her in room 2 between 7pm and 9pm on the 20th October and help her raise money for the Teenage Cancer Trust.
