Girls Night In Advert From 888Ladies Bingo

When 888Ladies Bingo first launched into the world of online bingo we saw Vic Reeves as the front man for their marketing campaign. As well as starring in their commercials the comedian and star of Shooting Stars also appeared on the home page of their brand. We then saw the ‘Bingo Superstars’ flop as the advertising from the brand but the new campaign is a Girls Night In advert from 888Ladies Bingo has Vic Reeves back at the helm!

The theme for the 888Ladies Bingo advert is similar to the original with Vic Reeves being joined by ‘ordinary’ women rushing in from their usual hectic lives to enjoy a ‘Girls Night In’. What impressed us most, well the ladies in the Bingo Spy office anyway, was the depiction of both Vic Reeves and another of the ladies removing their bras – something a lot of the ladies here can relate too! One of the pitfalls of being a woman is having to wear an ‘over the shoulder boulder holder’ to keep our ladybumps in check all day!
Slippers, face masks, pyjamas, curlers and a game of internet bingo are the order of the day in this commercial for 888Ladies Bingo and the marketing team have hit the nail on the head with this advert for the 888Ladies Bingo brand. Where the ‘Bingo Superstars’ commercial seemed to lose the connection between player and brand, the new advert seems to be back on track! A pat on the back for whoever wrote the story board for the new television marketing campaign.
