Always Read Your Terms And Conditions

As you know most bingo sites offer free money and a cash match bonus to encourage us to join. I know I am a bit of a bonus hunter myself and tend to search out the best deals that will get me the most play for money. I just take it for granted the offers are genuine so never read the terms and conditions (who does?) but a friend of mine recently fell foul of these terms and conditions at Bet365 Bingo.

Bet365 Bingo advertises that all new players will get £10 free without having to deposit and a 200% cash match bonus up to £200 on the first deposit. Now my friend, from internet bingo forum BallsUp Forum, ChippyBek saw this offer and signed up to play and got her £10 for free with no problems. She really liked the site and decided she wanted to play there more so made a deposit of £10 and this is where her problems started.
After she had deposited she expected her balance to read £30 but it was still only showing the £10 she had deposited; the cash match bonus had not been added. As an experienced player ChippyBek knew to contact Bet365′s customer service to find out what had happened to her bonus and was shocked by their reply.
She was told that because she had not played the full £10 of her free welcome bonus she was in breach of their terms and conditions which state “This bonus cannot be used in conjunction with any other Games at bet365 or Bingo at bet365 offer”. They also told her she would need to deposit another £34 before she would be able to get her cash match bonus.
Sadly there was nothing ChippyBek could do and it was not worth arguing as it was clearly stated in the sites terms and conditions that the two offers can not be run at the same time. Sadly this has left a very bad taste in her mouth and spoiled her enjoyment of the site.
The silly thing is there must be plenty of players out there that join a site, play the free money and leave but they have now lost a player who was going to deposit and become a long term earner for them. I just hope Bet365 Bingo think that the hundreds they have lost in future bets was worth the £20 it would have cost them to keep ChippyBek.
